The equipment

Headsets

Over-ear wireless headsets with 3 channels, an LED color per channel, individual volume control, and a battery that lasts all night. Sanitized between every event.

Transmitters

One transmitter per channel. Plugs into any mixer, laptop, or phone with a standard audio cable. Covers a full venue, tent, or beach.

Inventory

75 headsets in stock. Larger events can be accommodated with advance notice.

What happens on event day

  1. Arrival. We show up before your guests, usually 60 to 90 minutes ahead.
  2. Setup. Transmitters connect to your audio source. We test every channel.
  3. Distribution. Headsets go out from a table or we hand them out at the door.
  4. Pickup. We collect and count headsets at the end. You walk away.

What is included in a rental?

Wireless 3-channel headsets, a transmitter for each channel, cables to connect your DJ gear or phone, delivery, setup, and pickup.

How many headsets can I rent?

We have 75 headsets. Tell us your headcount and we'll size the order with you.

How long is the rental?

Pricing covers your event. Multi-day rentals are available on request.

What if a headset is lost or damaged?

We count headsets in and out. Lost or damaged units are billed at replacement cost, which we list on your quote.

How do I hold a date?

Request a quote. Booking terms, deposit, and payment details come with it.
