How Much Does a Silent Disco Cost?
Silent disco pricing comes down to two questions: how many headsets you need and whether you want a DJ. Everything else is small.
Rental only
Our rental-only package starts at $500 and includes headsets, transmitters, delivery, setup, and pickup. You bring the music: a DJ, a band, or a phone with three playlists. The final number scales with headcount and date.
Rental plus DJ
Starts at $1,300 and adds a professional DJ who programs and runs all three channels, brings a mic, and stays for the event. For most weddings this is the better value, because it replaces a separate DJ booking.
Party favor upgrade
Glow sticks, LED glasses, and light-up extras for every guest. It’s an add-on to either package and turns the dance floor into the photo everyone posts.
What moves the price
- Quantity. The biggest factor. See how many you need.
- Date. Saturdays in wedding season and December book first. Off-peak dates have more room.
- Distance. Delivery in the Mobile Bay area is included. Farther out may add travel.
- Hours. DJ packages are priced for a typical reception. Longer events are quoted.
- Extras. The party favor upgrade, a second mic, or an attendant for headset distribution.
How to keep it down
- Count honestly. Rent for the dance floor, not the guest list.
- Bring your own music if you already have a DJ or a playlist you love.
- Pick a Friday or Sunday if your date is flexible.
- Book early. Late bookings pay for rush logistics.
Compared to a regular DJ
A silent disco with our DJ costs about what a good traditional DJ costs, with headsets included. If you already booked a DJ, the rental-only package is the cheaper route: our transmitters plug straight into the DJ’s mixer.
